We would like to invite you to our workshop "Querix - New Functionality in 'Lycia' 5.0", to be held in Kharkov, Ukraine on the 14th July 2009.

This workshop is designed for developers who are currently working with Querix 4GL, BDS, Genero, Classic 4GL or are interested in learning about application development with this highly robust, feature-rich and efficient development environment. Regardless of your current technical background, this venue should be on your calendar.

During this full-day workshop you will be shown how to utilise the new features with the recently released 4GL development suite 'Lycia' 5.0.

You are welcome to bring your own notebook/laptop along if you would like to apply the workshop contents during these demonstration sessions.

Topics will include:

• The interactive graphical debugger - How to efficiently debug your 4GL application.
• Project Managment using the Lycia IDE 'Eclipse' - an industry standard for IDE
• Modernizing (creating and editing) 4GL forms using the Lycia XML Form Designer
• Web Services 'Overview' - What are Web Services and how can this technology be useful for my application
• Web Services 'Client' - How to access und utilise Web Services from other Service Providers (written in 4GL or other programming languages)
• Web Services 'Server' - How to provice 4GL Web Services for other 4GL and non-4GL written applications
