Independent 4GL Survey by Jean George Perrin (IIUG Board Member)

In 2006 Jean George Perrin executed an in-depth research study on the capabilities of the current 4GL Tools and their future. This research document, entitled "Development Tools in 2006: any Room for a 4GL-style Language?", is now available for download.

Note: In 2006, 'Hydra4GL' Version 4.3 was not available - The research was fully based on 'Hydra4GL' Version 4.2. This is why there are no references to some currently available features; Web Services, for example.
