Querix Support without waiting via IRC

Querix now offers online real-time support on https://www.querix.com/querix-irc

Querix product support, available via phone, fax, knowledge base, forums and E-Mail has now introduced another method of communcation in the Querix support IRC channel:

Users participating in Querix's beta testing program are already familiar with this support communication method and it is now available for all users.

A dedicated online support chat channel gives you direct access to our support staff via an IRC channel.

  • The supported hours of this channel are 9am - 5pm (GMT). Should you live in a time zone which does not allow you to use this existing support slot (i.e. Australia), please contact us by E-Mail and we will arrange a support online chat session which is more confinient for both of us.
  • English only should be used in this channel; if you would like to use another language please E-mail us (Other available languages would be Spanish, German and Russian).
  • Have you looked through our knowledge base? A lot of solutions to the most common problems can be found at: http://www.querix.com/support/knowledge-base/index_html
  • If you wish to use a standalone IRC client the connection settings are:
