Text and GUI Editors

'HydraStudio' gives you a choice of graphical and text modes when editing form files. To switch between the two, simply right-click the filename tab and select Switch Editing Mode from the pop-up menu.

Screen Array

The Screen Array dialog box allows you to create and maintain screen records in a graphical environment.

Conditional Attributes Property Window

Conditional Attributes can be specified with ease, even by new 4GL users.

Querix 4GL Widgets

All the Widgets available in Querix 4GL can be added to your forms, by dragging the appropriate icon from the Widget toolbar into the forms designer.

Form Property Window

'HydraStudio' gives you the option of setting a number of form properties such form width, height, database and delimiter characters.

Field Property Window

All possible 4GL field attributes can be specified in the graphical field property window.

Widget Property Window

As well as being able to set 4GL properties, you can also extended 4GL Widget properties, by configuring them in their properties windows. Any field can be enhanced to a become a Widget simply by changing the corresponding widget property.

Mouse Control

You can determine the size and position of many graphical features on your forms, by using your mouse to ‘drag-and-drop’.
