I have a problem and need help

I cannot license my Querix tools		I cannot connect to my database
I cannot start/execute the Querix tools		I get an error message / number
I cannot compile my programs		I cannot download Querix tools
I cannot execute/run compiled programs		My program behaves differently in Informix 4GL and Querix
